BRAD D. WEISS is a graduate of the George Washington University and George Mason University (J.D. 1982), where he served as an editor on the George Mason University Law Review (author Gulf Offshore Corp vs. Mobil Oil Corp.: Jurisdiction within the Meaning of the Outer Continental Shelf Lands," 5 GMU L. Rev. 478 (1982). Mr. Weiss is a member of the bars of the District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania and New York and is admitted to practice before numerous federal district and appellate courts. Mr. Weiss has represented national and international businesses, primarily in automotive manufacturer/dealer disputes, vehicle allocation, new point protests, and antitrust issues. He has also worked with corporate clients on insurance matters, employment law issues (including Title VII litigation), organizational matters (including buy-sell agreements), commercial financing, aircraft acquisitions and financing, and real estate transactions (including construction agreements, zoning, licensing and financing). Mr. Weiss belongs to the Arlington County, Pennsylvania, Virginia State, Maryland State, New York State, District of Columbia and American Bar Associations.
