LISA BASS is a 2002 graduate of the William Woods University in Fulton, MO (B.S. summa cum laude ) and a 2005 graduate of American University, Washington College of Law (J.D.).  She is the author of The Class Action Fairness Act: What's Fair About It?, The Business Law Brief, Fall 2005. Ms. Bass is admitted before the Virginia State Bar and is a member of the American Bar Association and Fairfax Bar Association .
