Kimberly S. MacCumbee is a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania (B.A., 1998) and Widener University School of Law (Harrisburg campus) (J.D., 2002). She is admitted before the Maryland State Bar and the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland. Mrs. MacCumbee is a member of the American Bar Association. Mrs. MacCumbee concentrates her practice on civil litigation matters, automobile franchise disputes, arbitration, mediation and appellate practice. Mrs. MacCumbee has extensive experience in financial fraud litigation having successfully represented eight families in suitability and 412(i) related litigation against a major insurance company.
