Robert D. H. FloydAssociateROBERT D. H. FLOYD graduated magna cum laude and with university honors from Brigham Young University (B.A., Political Science; B.A., German, 2001). He is also a graduate of the University of Notre Dame (M.A., Political Science, 2004) and the George Mason University School of Law (J.D., 2007). While in law school, Mr. Floyd served on the staff of the Federal Circuit Bar Journal. Mr. Floyd’s areas of legal practice include civil litigation, arbitration, commercial transactions, employment law, automobile franchise disputes, partnership law and appellate practice.
